CARLOTTA BOFFA – Law Degree – Single-Cycle Master’s Degree Course and Economics and Management Degree – Master’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration at LIUC University – Carlo Cattaneo in Castellanza (VA).
She has gained expertise in civil law and compliance.
She cooperates with DCP by assisting clients in all phases of the preparation and updating of the Organisation, Management and Control Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, alignment with Privacy regulations (GDPR) and alignment with NIS2 regulations (Legislative Decree 138/2024).
She also provides, support and assistance for audit activities.
She is certified in Audit Techniques, in accordance with UNI EN ISO 19011:2018 and UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015, and is an internal auditor of Information Security Management Systems, under UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
Member of the Milan Bar as trainee lawyer.
