Risk Management

Home Risk Management

Enterprise Risk Management (“ERM”) is a process that allows corporate management to have reasonable assurance that business objectives will be achieved thanks to informed decisions based on knowledge of the company’s overall risk profile and mitigation of the risks through appropriate action plans.

DCP supports its clients in the processes of identifying, assessing and managing business risks (i.e. strategic, financial, operational and compliance risks), with the aim of responding effectively and sustainably over time to the expectations of stakeholders.

In particular, their services involve:

  • Design and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (“ERM”) models.
  • First level analysis with the aim of identifying the internal and external setting in which the company operates, its organisational set-up and key processes in order to weigh its risks.
  • Design and implementation of risk appetite models.
  • Ongoing methodological and operational support for the corporate Risk Management functions.
