GIACOMO BRASCHI – Law Degree – Single – Cycle Masters Degree Course at the University of Pavia.
He has gained expertise in intellectual property, competition law and compliance with a particular focus on Privacy law.
He cooperates with DCP, assisting several clients in updating to comply with the GDPR. He participates in projects concerning the preparation and updating of Organisation, Management and Control Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
He provides also services of Data Protection officer and assistance to Data Protection Officer.
