Mr Giacomo Cardani, Lawyer – He has gained experience in Corporate Law, Corporate Governance and Compliance in both Multinational and National Groups.
As an expert in Corporate Governance, he assists numerous companies in analysing and defining an appropriate governance system that meets the needs and values expressed by the company.
He participates in implementing the Organisational Model in numerous companies operating in different business areas. He participated in the working group that issued the Confindustria Guidelines, has published articles in specialised journals on legislative decree 231 and lectures on training courses. Appointed as chairman or a member of several Supervisory Bodies.
He has a proven track record in Privacy matters, assisting clients in adapting to and complying with personal data protection legislation. Giacomo Cardani is also a DPO.
