VALERIA CORTI – Biologist, she has extensive experience in Agri-Food Regulation, Food Quality and Hygiene, Environmental Quality and Safety. She has gained extensive experience and expertise as an HACCP Internal Auditor, BRC/IFS Internal Auditor and Traceability Systems Internal Auditor, also assisting companies in the activities necessary to gain certification and maintain it. An expert on the drafting and validation of mandatory and voluntary labelling of food and beverages. She collaborates with various organisations, assisting them in the drafting and implementation of protocols for monitoring environmental (air) quality, work (indoor) environments, and the development and implementation of monitoring and prevention procedures to combat the formation, multiplication and spread of Legionella pneumophila in water and ventilation circuits. Again with reference to the workplace, she supports various companies in the analysis and preparation of the Biological Risk and Microclimate Compliance Assessment in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/2008. She lectures and provides training on the above subjects.
